No. The investment options are to Buy or Lease but not a combination of both. Lease payments will not be applied to the sale price. You can choose either a lease or a sale contract but not both. Lease terms are a minimum of 5 years. If you prefer a 10 year lease term, I can offer that but it will include rental increases.
