Can I Lease with the option to Buy the Hotel?
No, I will not commit to any sale price without a minimum of $300,000. Lease payments will not be applied to the sale price. You can choose either a lease or a sale contract but not both. Lease terms are a minimum of 5 years. If you prefer a 10 year lease term, I can offer that but it will include rental increases.

Why is the hotel closed if it can generate so much money?
I retired from the hospitality industry after operating the hotel for only 2 years. The reason why is I met an amazing girl from Europe and decided to get engaged and relocate to Europe so she can be near her family. When you contact me, please take into consideration the time zone difference.

Is there any Guarantee?  What happens if the buyer is not successful?
I expect the buyer to succeed if they heed my advice, sign up for a good franchise and use experienced management. If for whatever reason the hotel does not perform as expected, I am prepared to offer the following clause in a contract that no seller ever offers or implies. If the buyer cannot continue to make timely payments as agreed to, I am willing to buy the hotel back for the same price the buyer paid me. This is the Best Guarantee you will ever come across and it will only be offered for a purchase contract, not a lease. If you do not implement my suggestions this option will not be made available. This guarantee can be revoked or changed at any time.

Is this business eligible for an USA VISA?
Investors Requiring an E2 USA VISA or Golden Visa will be processed once a contract is signed and deposit has been made. An Immigration Lawyer will process your visa and stay in contact with you throughout the entire duration. We do not offer a Visa without the hotel investment.

Attention Broker and Realtors: If your buyer is paying all cash I can offer you a flat $100,000 commission but if your buyer needs owner financing then we ask you to request your commission directly from the buyer only.
